Release Notes – OVA – June 2 2022

–Redmine 15132 – Referee Clinic – Fixed
Users were still able to register for an event even though it had reached its defined maximum capacity.
–Redmine 15247 – Changing Registration Dates on Events – Fixed
There is a bug when trying to change the registration date on an event
–Redmine 15284 – Downloading Team Roster – Fixed
When downloading a team roster, the download included the team contact, contact phone & contact email, but the phone and email is the contact’s emergency info.
–Redmine 15364 – OVA Admin able to edit DOB – Fixed
OVA Admin accounts would like the ability to edit users DOB. (in case someone enters it in incorrectly or puts the parents DOB in vs the child’s etc.)
–Redmine 14926 Adding Division Name to Roster – Fixed
Beach Volleyball Leagues – Add the field “division” (example: Monday Intermediate Mixed 4’s) to the Beach League Roster page in the MRS. Ensure that its also in the downloaded excel file.

–Redmine 15374 – Remove Team from Division – Fixed
The Remove button on the Beach Volleyball League Division menu should remove a team from the division they are currently registered into (and issue a credit if applicable)
A bug was identified whereas if the team has a status of “WL-Confirmation Pending” they are unable to be removed from the division, the button just returns the admin to the main menu
–Redmine 15379 – unable to edit Team name – Fixed
Beach Volleyball League – When attempting to edit an Beach League team name, the page defaults to the Create Division page.
